Devices¶
The devices page provides a list of all the devices (plugs) that have been assigned to your ZEFNET account. Double-click on a plug to view its 'Device Detail' page. Chargers that have not yet been set up will appear in the 'Unallocated' tab.
Allocated Devices¶
All devices that have been set up within your ZEFNET account should appear in this list, with each row representing a plug. For assistance with allocating chargers, see the section on 'Unallocated Devices'
Status:¶
- Blue Signal: plug is online and available
- Car: a vehicle is plugged in but not charging
- Lightning Bolt: a vehicle is plugged in and charging
- Grey Signal: plug is offline
- Slashed Blue Signal: plug is online but unavailable
- Red Triangle: there is an error with the plug
Auth:¶
- Grey Unlocked Padlock: the plug does not require authentication, and can be used freely
- Green Locked Padlock: the plug requires authentication via either mobile app, credit card, or RFID card
Sharing:¶
The icon in the sharing column indicates whether the plug is being shared to/from another organization via ZEFNET Connect
Unallocated Devices¶
Any devices that have not been set up yet will appear listed in this tab. If you do not see a device that you'd like to set up, please send your organization name and the serial number to support@zefenergy.com. To set up a device, click the icon in the 'Allocate' column, and enter the following information:
- Name (internal), Time Zone, Install Date (optional)
- Sticker ID (6-digit label) allowing drivers to access charge via mobile app
- Site Name, Site Contact, Site Address, Site Photos (optional)
- Breaker Name, Amperage, Configuration (does the charger share a breaker)
- Utility Name, Utility Contact, Utility Address (all optional)
Once these fields are completed, the plug should appear in the 'Allocated' device list.
